Other information about the truck scales:

Overload: For test the weighing bridge, the max load is 125% of full span, in this weighing range ,the restorability of the scale body is not change, and in the range of 150% of full span, it is safe, and we use 60% of full span to calibrate the scale

Welding: We use gas shield welding as our weld type , it protects the scale body and improve the welding quality effectively

Painting: We sandblast the scale first, and then paint the truck scale with anti-rust primer as a base, with a thickness of 60um. Then we do two layers of acrylic acid grey painting in 40um thick. The whole thickness of the painting is 100-120um.
